UGM’s graduation tracking shows a clear trend: in 2024, women made up more than 54% of the graduating class.

UGM protects those reporting discrimination through Rector Regulation Number 1 of 2023 and the UGM Whistleblowing System (WBS).

UGM demonstrates its commitment to an inclusive work environment and shared caregiving roles by providing employee leave entitlements including paternity leave outlined in Rector’s Regulation No. 22 of 2021 and supported by human resource policies in Rector’s Regulation No. 11 of 2023.
