Rainwater Management at UGM Faculty of Dentistry Campus
Rainwater management on campus is an important part of efforts to preserve the environment and sustainability of water resources. The Faculty of Dentistry Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM) strives to utilise rainwater as a reusable resource. The utilisation is for non-potable needs. Non-potable is a term used to describe unsafe or unsafe water for drinking. Non-potable water can be used for purposes such as garden watering, toilet flushing, and HVAC system cooling, but humans cannot consume it. Using non-potable water helps reduce dependence on clean water sources and supports more sustainable management of water resources.
