Educational staff are given guidance on mental readiness, health, and financial management. They also have the opportunity to engage in hands-on entrepreneurship training, covering skills like mushroom cultivation, hydroponics, and digital marketing. Led by experienced professionals, the sessions allow UGM employees to prepare for independent ventures after retirement.
