Consideration on the construction of toll roads has so far been focused on the consideration of the benefit of the distribution of goods and people and has not specifically mentioned the consideration of the preservation of environmental functions that are used as capital for toll road construction. The usefulness of the toll road is a major consideration in setting its development objectives. The purpose of toll road development planning with consideration of the benefits of the distribution of goods and people approved in the 2004-2009 RPJMN document and continuing to date it is necessary to set forth in the 2015-2019 RPJMN document. Additional length of the agreed toll road construction will be made in 2025, according to the planning and budgeting stages of government development.
