Leading Products Development Through Organic Media Based Agriculture Enterprises in Disadvantaged Regions Districts

Organic farming is an agricultural cultivation system that relies on natural ingredients without using synthetic chemicals. Some Indonesian plants that have the potential to be developed with this technique are rice, vegetable and fruit horticulture (for example broccoli, red cabbage, oranges, etc.), plantation crops (coffee, tea, coconut, etc.), and spices. Organic farming combines scientific knowledge about ecology and modern technology regarding traditional agricultural practices based on naturally occurring biological processes. To achieve good organic farming, careful and responsible management is needed to protect the health and well-being of people both now and in the future. The target activity is a disadvantaged area with potential agricultural activities to be developed as a superior product through an organic media-based agricultural business, in this case, East Lombok Regency.
